His staff, from day one, has always been supportive, kind and courteous. My recent encounter was with Evan Reid, who went far and beyond to assist in getting one of my car premiums lowered. When I saw how much the increase was, I was upset and started getting quotes for a much less premium. A few days later, I called Larry's Office regarding another issue and Evan answered the call. During our conversation, I also mentioned the increase and how I felt about. Evan asked me to let him take a look because he was sure there were additional discounts to help lower the premium. After a few minutes, this is exactly what he did and by doing so, I decided to keep my vehicle premium with State Farm. So therefore, yes Mr. Evan Reid is worthy of 5+ stars for his courteous and calm attitude, his level of knowledge and understanding, and being cooperative in making sure that I remain a satisfied customer. Thanks Evan for a "Job Well Done"!
