- LOLianne OttavianoAug 14, 20235.0DO NOT even think about using any other insurance agent. I did, and I regret it. Carrie has absolutely saved me. She has rewritten policies that the last agent completely failed on and I had no idea that the policy was all wrong for what I needed.. She is not out there just to get your money. In fact, she has recommended that I do NOT need certain coverages in place even though I was willing to have her write them and pay for them. Carrie gets you what you need when you need it anytime of the day or night. She gives her personal cell phone number. I can't say enough. She truly provides the best service you can find. Hands down the best I wish she would clone herself in every state for all of my properties.
