    DO NOT even think about using any other insurance agent. I did, and I regret it. Carrie has absolutely saved me. She has rewritten policies that the last agent completely failed on and I had no idea that the policy was all wrong for what I needed.. She is not out there just to get your money. In fact, she has recommended that I do NOT need certain coverages in place even though I was willing to have her write them and pay for them. Carrie gets you what you need when you need it anytime of the day or night. She gives her personal cell phone number. I can't say enough. She truly provides the best service you can find. Hands down the best I wish she would clone herself in every state for all of my properties.

    Let me go ahead and tell y’all about this lady. She is amazing. Amazing is an understatement. She worked her tail end of for me from the moment I went into her office with the problem the Allstate call center created. Not only did she work from the time she got into the office ALL THE WAY THROUGH HER CLOSING TIME AND BEYOND!!!!!! She kept me updated every step of the way, and she went above and beyond to get this problem resolved as fast as she could. this lady is caring, super friendly, fiesty, beyond professional, understanding and very down-to-earth!!!!!!!! she is a fighter. If you ever need any type of insurance and you are reading this review I 100% hands-down will tell you to leave any other agent you are working with to go to Carrie Saxon!!! her office is amazing and every staff member in there is awesome!!!!!!!
