  Tried working with Tammy for a simple declarations page. Had to switch lienholders which is not uncommon. She proceeded to let me know that she is inconvenienced with all the changes. Mind you I was informed Allstate can't use a PO Box for a Lienholder address for the new lender which is the first I've heard of. Then proceeds to make it sound like I am the one being difficult and asking too much of her. This lady has been wacky from the moment I spoke to her. If you deal with Kevin Shealy's office please know that she will make you feel like she is inconvenienced and too busy to help. I called back as I was told she was leaving hours ago and I needed to get the address right away which I did. Within minutes I got the physical address immediately and then waited several hours with no declarations page sent. While I was on the phone she sent it within seconds. If she would have sent in a timely fashion I wouldn't have had to call back to stay on her to finally get it to me. Yesterday she snapped at our receptionist and said she doesn't want to play phone tag with me. Very unprofessional. I'm not one to leave a review unless it feels warranted and in this case I couldn't write the review fast enough. Not sure who Tammy thinks she is but it's not a good look for your business.

  All State has been great to me over the past (way too many lol) years! I had the pleasure of working with Tammy the other day and she was so great in taking care of my needs with professionalism and also a personal, human touch. Didn’t feel like I was working with someone going off a script and not caring about my needs. Thank you so much All State and Tammy for all you’ve done!
