- BBBradDec 3, 20251.0I have been with this insurance office for over a decade. They cancelled my policy without calling or emailing me, so much for loyalty and relationship. Even after the date of my policy cancellation they continue to withdraw funds from my bank account. Anyone looking to work with this team BEWARE!

I've Been With Allstate Since 2024 & I've Never Ever Not Been Taking Care Of .. NEVER! I Went To Allstate To Get Home 🏡 Insurance In 2014 .. However I Couldn't Get Allstate Because I'd No Longer Had A Vehicle! But Theo & Allison Located Me An Insurance Company Whereas I Would @ Least Have Some Kind Of Coverage For My Home 🏡 & Myself! After (10) Year's Of Being With Other Insurance Company I'd Decided To Leave The Other Them Due To Personal Reasons & Even Though I Was With Other Insurance Company Allison & Theo Would Answer ALL My Questions Because It Was Difficult Communicating With Them So Yes It's Been About (14) Year's Calling Them For Assistance Even Though They Weren't Affiliated With Them .. But Still Was There For Me! I'd Call Allstate Again For Help @ The End Of 2023 & @ That Time Theo Said That I Could Come To Allstate Yippie Ki Yay! 😊 It's Been A Wonderful Journey & I Won't Be Going Anywhere Ever! I Happened To Have An Unfortunate Problem With Neighbors Tree's That Was Rotting For Quite Some Time & Now Has Caused Damage To My Property UGH 😩 .. But Once Again I Call Allstate For Assistance & Every Single Customer Service Rep Knew Of My Situation & That's Team Work! I Can Be A Little To Too Much With The Chit Chat ☺️ But They ALL Listen With Patience & Make Sure I'm Ok & Satisfied With The Results! It's Extremely Important To Have Any Company Who Has Empathy & Compassion! I Know This Is A Long Review But It's Well Overdue & I Don't Have To Lie To Myself! 🤔 Mr. Shealy You Have A Fantastic Team There & All Are Most Definitely Keepers!
