  Incredible experience with Nick and the team over at Charlie Mcqueeny State Farm in Charleston,SC! I had a super unfortunate circumstance with a total loss vehicle - I immediately followed up with the at fault driver’s insurance, where I was sent to a call center and was told it would be 2 weeks before I would hear back from their adjuster. It seemed off to me, so I reached out to State Farm and went through my own insurance instead. Within an hour I had a rental car (at their max daily amount - I didn’t have to fight and beg to get a descent per day cost from SF) and was back on the road! I cannot recommend this team enough!

  Excellent customer service. Lynn is very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me get the best price for me. She took her time with me and made sure I understood every detail.

  Lynne McQueeney is my State Farm insurance agent for the past 35 years. She is wonderful and always been so helpful and helping me find savings and plan for the future! I can call her and talk to her anytime if I have questions and she is always very receptive! I highly recommend!

  It is a great insurance company to get. I highly recommend it. I honestly have had insurance through them for years. And now I have life insurance policy and All the agents I have dealt with are highly respectful and are great to talk to. They explained stuff detail by detail.
