We paid for our brand new car to be covered through Bradley Grooms' Allstate Insurance. We then got in an accident and Allstate told us our new car was not even covered. When we contacted Brad Grooms about it he said it was our fault that we didn't check the paperwork his office sent thoroughly enough. We then battled with Allstate Corporate to notify them of this huge error Brad Grooms made - Allstate ended up covering our vehicle, but not because Brad Grooms helped us with the error they made - we had to go through corporate ourselves. Additionally, we added several riders to our home owners insurance policy, and yet again, Brad Grooms either didn't add the riders or completely messed up the riders. We would even be sent the insurance info of other customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM Bradley Grooms' Allstate Insurance.
