  I would recommend Cudd's Insurance Agency to anyone because they provide great customer service and demonstrate professionalism at it's best. This is why I give them 5 star review.

  I dont like to leave negative reviews and am not sure I ever have, but it's necessary. After a very minor accident, my auto coverage sky-rocketed. After calling the agency, I was told there was no other option. I had no choice but to look elsewhere and found affordable coverage with a reputable company, who set the accident didnt show up on my record. Allstate was notified 3 times to cancel coverage and of the start date of new coversge. I kept getting notifications of a draft, and called more than once to have it removed. Today, 35 days after notifying Allstate, a draft is coming out of my account, I'm so upset. Amanda, the owner of the agency was very unapologetic at first, and called me rude for being upset and continually talked over me. She finally admitted to their agency mistake. That doesn't help the fact that my account overdrew. I don't have confidence in this agency after 3 phone calls and doing my due diligence.
