    I had spoken to my agent the day before I went in. She had everything ready to go in effect the day I went in. They are very friendly people to work with. And I was able to save a good bit of money on my auto and Homeowners. I recommend talking with them if you are thinking about changing.

    I called Nanette to let her know that I sold my truck and needed to cancel my policy on it. She did so without any hesitation and informed me that I needed to turn in my license plate to the DMV. A week later I called to get the new truck insured. Nanette reinstated the original policy and we adjusted the deductible. She then emailed temporary proof of insurance cards to me so I could print them out to carry in the vehicle. The very kind hometown service doesn't get any better or easier than that.

    Where do I begin. Last year, I had to get a new debit card because of some fraudulent charges. I forgot to change the new number with my autopay through State Farm. The state of SC let me know that I was driving around uninsured. That was on me. I own that. Now, to get my car tags, I had to have insurance, so I called them up and talked to someone to get it reinstated. Got everything set up, new debit card number, new address, new phone number., so I could get my tags, which proved that I had insurance. I guess this person forgot to press the button or something, because I found out the hard way that I still wasn't insured a month later. I called the up to get to the bottom of it. The lady was rude, gave no apology or explanation. This office is completely inept, so I recommend going to another agent, one that actually hires people who know what they're doing and will contact you if there's an issue. I want to be clear: this wasn't a State Farm issue. This was the agency's issue. Terrible service.

    Statefarm has been our insurance for years. The claim for my recent accident was handle quickly. They even called me before I called them because the beacon alerted them I had an accident. There first question was to see if I was hurt. They made sure I had a rental until they assed the damage. They paid the claim quickly. I was able to get another car very quickly when they decided my car was a total loss. Great job!
