  Too Stupid High Rates !!! How in the world people can afford insurance anymore ??? If its something you" got to have" they will take Advantage of that. It's Shameful and Wrong rates being so High !!! I may just just uber,,,it's cheaper. Cars , Insurance , how do they get away with all this. All the Rich cats are "buying up" all the things you need , monopolizing it and squeezing the poor to Death. Be it Food, Housing, Autos , its outta Hand.Thier Shameful behavior needs to STOP.

  Tried for 45 minutes to contact this office to get information on an account. When you dial the number you get a call center in India. When they finally connect you to the office they hang up on after phone rings numerous of times. Will be moving our homeowners policy.

  We originally worked with this agent to fix an issue caused by Allstate, and he was very helpful in resolving that initial problem. However, we experienced major issues with the service overall. We were told our new policy payment would be close to what we had been paying, but we later discovered it was MORE than double. While our initial issue was resolved, we ultimately found better coverage and customer service elsewhere. We attempted to reach out multiple times by phone and email after noticing the price discrepancy, but we never received a response. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and inaccurate information left us feeling misled.

  Well, I just had to pay my bank to stop payment on a payment for insurance that I called and cancelled days ago. It didn't accidentally happen because stop payment can be done over the phone in a few minutes. I know that for a fact because I've delayed withdraw a few days so I could get paid then I would call back and resume it. Plus the lady I spoke with hung up on me just because I cancelled. I was being charged OVER double for car insurance. Something that shouldn't have cost me did because of their greediness. This should have never happened, the real question is will Jason Long make it right. With all of the reviews on here saying what a wonderful person he is, he should? Right? I will keep you posted!!
