  Bryan Devore's office is very unstructured. I was guaranteed to speak to a knowledgeable customer service representative when I signed my case up with this agency. Every time I call I get a representative named Sharon and she always says she's not sure. I was told by her that I couldn't speak to Bryan Devore. She flat out told me no. My rates went up during my policy period, not at renewal and no one could explain to me for over a month.. I tried to get answers. I moved on, never once did i hear from my agent or get an answer why my premium went up. Now Sharon keeps trying to I reach out to me 2 months after I have canceled my policy. Next! I was not in good hands with Allstate for sure.

  This review is for Allstate in general! They will gladly take your money, Jack up your premiums and when you make a claim, it's denied 9 out of 10 times. I'm finished with Allstate!
