- THThomas HarkinSep 15, 20255.0Someone "kissed" the front bumper of my 2024 Ford Maverick. Wouldn't have even noticed it except for the fact that it disabled a sensor positioned under the bumper, which triggered the Check Engine Light. Stopped by to see Heather, who started the claim process immediately. Allstate adjuster stopped by a few days later for inspection; had a check in hand within the next week. When I went to the body shop (shout out to Tiverton Auto Body) they identified additional damage; Allstate adjuster inspected and approved. Had the supplemental check in hand within another week. Truck is as good as new. First auto claim in 35 years as an Allstate customer and things couldn't have gone smoother. Kudos to Heather and the team at Main Rhode Insurance Agency: I was truly "in good hands"!
