Recently we bought a new car in Sarasota, FL. The registration process took 2 months before the RI paperwork arrived at my condo (the dealership notified me about the possible 60 day process). After 6 weeks, I called Kerri and she monitored the process by having access to the RIDMV database checking it daily emailing/calling me with the status. She is also responsible for sending me information about the Bonus Drive Program (between Allstate/Hyundai) which netted me a surprising $500 cash reward. SUPER SERVICE! Jerome SQUATRITO
