  Cara answers my emails. One email asked about Rental Car insurance. I was surprised to find out most of my needs already covered by the Allstate policy. When I moved here from Illinois, they helped me navigate the Rhode Island Insurance and Registration maze. Cara, Thank You for saving me money.

  Not only is my rate up, but then I find out even less of my roof is covered. I reached out a year ago before my renewal to speak with someone about why my rate is so high also why most of my roof is not covered and no one got back to me the moment I have a chance I’m leaving this company.

  Cara and Celeste have been my "go to" agents for insurance since they open up ~20 years ago. I refer all my Real Estate clients to them, I personally have Home, Auto, Short Term Disability, Business and Investment property Insurance with them and they have come through for me more times than I can count. We recommend our tenants use their services for Rental Insurance. We have built our businesses together and there's nothing better than having them as a reliable partner in business.   I Kept Allstate INSURANCE - but i rolled over my policies from a boston associate- where it was close to impossible to get a call back- and VERY HAPPY I did. I did have a concern last year - maybe November, mainly to keep policy pricing in check and maybe I should not mention names- but the female assoc. that helped me is a tall person- LOL and also very big in customer satisfaction as she presented alternatives on my home policy that worked for me [saved me a few hundred] and that saved me the risk-taking of removing collision from my 10 yr old Honda- in excellent shape too by the way. Maybe not a solution for everyone- but it sure pleased me as with Insurance- it is all a Gamble- and balancing risks- and i can add the great representative called ME- to discuss as I made a "contact ME- " out reach from the Benjamin Website- and i think within two days I got a return call- from a great responsive agent that I hope the Benjamins will always keep on staff- cos I consider them "Priceless"- oh shoot- that's the moto of that OTHER insurance company- as for me- I am staying put. Loving the personized service that I received- an Agent that truly cares- You Rock !!!!!
