- MOMike Ortega4 days ago1.0unhelpful, shoe response times if responded to at all. useless in the process of any claims and truly unsure their role at all. unable to change agents for whatever reason too; i recommend avoiding all state all together. if you need your registration done for a newly acquired car, they’re pretty good about that for a fee. only time i’ve had a positive experience after about 8+years with the company and this specific agent.
