She walked me through the process and explained everything and answered all our questions. Anna Maria even offered real advice on coverages, especially where they were Not needed. Most agencies would not go this far, as they would try to squeeze every dime from their customers. Shortly after switching I was in an accident. Once I notified her office, her team's first question was, "Is everyone ok?" From start to finish, the claim was handle professionally and without a single hassle. If you want an agent, call another company. If l you want someone who cares, call Anna Maria and her team.
