We have been customers of State Farm for 28 years and when our previous agent retired we bounced from office to office, when we came across Lucy it was truly refreshing. She truly cares about our family, she is up front and honest and will never try to upsell you anything. She reviews your policy and provides expert feedback/advise and will look for discounts before you even ask. Anything we have brought to her as far as "we are thinking about this coverage or that change to our policy" she provides a full understanding so we do not pay anything we do not need to but are covered to the fullest. We have had to reach out to Lucy due to accidents, claims, changes (new drivers, "kids" turning 16 etc.) and each and every time we can reach her via email and or a call. We trust Lucy hands down, in a world of AI and chatbots and insincere humans Lucy is a breath of fresh air! I HIGHLY recommend her. She is the reason we stayed with State Farm!
