On the fifth day after I said about the feedback I was going to leave, I received a call saying that she was traveling! But were there no other people or attendants? Could it be that the system has been offline since last Thursday? This is very unprofessional, I hated her service, I don't recommend her service to anyone, she is incompetent, doesn't provide proper customer service and even gives wrong information. If there was a grade worse than zero, it would be hers. And a tip, if you want a lot of customers, try to meet demand or don't offer the product. We pay ourselves and we pay dearly to suffer humiliation and be mistreated, and to simply have someone say when we need support that they had a holiday and that they were responding as much as possible. If a payment is late, there is interest, right? And why when we need assistance no one provides the necessary help?
