- RJRichard JonesJan 6, 20255.0I want to pass along my recent experience about the exceptional service I received with an interaction I had today with the Jonathan Eisemann Allstate agency. I have three (3) policies with this agency. My old agent retired and sold the agency to Jonathan. When I received the renewal invoice for my umbrella policy, I was very disappointed, and planned on shopping all three (3) policies and going in another direction. Wendy Newport from the agency returned my call promptly, and emailed me a new quote from a 3rd party for the Umbrella coverage company in about 20 minutes. I agreed to the deal, and Wendy facilitated the signature paperwork and payment immediately. The entire transaction from initial phone call to acknowledgement of payment was completed in less than 45 minutes thanks to the professionalism and care provided by Wendy Newport at the Eisemann Allstate agency. It's nice to know that exemplary service still matters to people in service businesses.
