  Baliee was just amazing she is one of the BEST customer service agents I have ever experienced in any business I have ever dealt with. She was patient, knowledgeable, took the time to help me with an issue that many other agents just pushed aside. She was able to get me answers and the help I needed! She was just absolutely wonderful

  I had a pleasant experience thanks to Matt! He was patient, professional and attentive and I liked his salesman attitude. I called in for a quote and spoke to two agents, William and Cory, and they both weren't really helpful, but thanks to Matt I chose Direct Auto Insurance.
