- JCJ CJun 4, 20211.0I have been with Allstate since 2004. Since having my Agent switched my account has went downhill. Don’t get me wrong Stephen is one of the nicest guys i’ve ever met, very responsive and presents very professional but I’m not convince they know what they’re doing there. As a “valued” customer my policy has changed significantly. My old policy which was grandfathered in was canceled and re-open to a new policy to save us money but where is the savings?!!! I recently just added my new vehicle and the amount that they’re charging is robbery. Not to mention one of the other vehicles that has been on my policy then doubles. I am officially done going back-and-forth trying to get a decent premium so unfortunately I have moved on. I am now paying half the price and with much more coverage with LM. Rip Allstate!
