  Kevin spent two hours reviewing our home and auto insurance plans in detail and when we were done we had saved a significant amount of money AND had better coverage. Can’t recommend him enough!

  I was placed with this agency when my former agent retired. I need to file a claim for a fire caused when my husbands oxygen hose ignited in the middle of the night and caused damage. We are fortunate no one was hurt and my invalid husband didn’t succumb in the fire. I called Kevin Kelly and expected to speak with him as I would have with my old agent who would have taken care of everything moving forward. I was told I would never get to speak with him that the agency was too large and they would get me to claims. I was on hold 45 minutes and got disconnected. Called back and another person answered and went through the same scenario only this time she just put me through to the claims department. I am now one and a half hours in listening to their recordings they will be with me soon. When I look for an agent, I want one that provides service and knows their client — it’s apparent Kevin Kelly’s agency is very successful in volume and collecting commissions. Personal service unless your buying is non-existent. I will be searching for that small agency where they know your name and the agent actually comes to the phone.
