  As a former police officer, DO NOT USE ALL STATE. I don’t even know how to properly voice my frustrations. Let me preface this by stating that I am a former police officer who has worked many fraud cases. We chose not to renew our auto, home, and roadside assistance due to repeated issues. After cancelling we were charged for roadside assistance 5 more times. Each time I called, they assured me it was cancelled. In the last week, I have called 3 times because I have been charged several more times two months after cancelling. I was even sent a gift card for the inconvenience just two days ago. And yet, since then, I have been charged twice more. DO NOT USE ALLSTATE. I have seen a lot of cases similar to this over the years. But this company is one of the worst I have ever seen on the job and as a former customer.
