- RDRachele DOct 30, 20251.0When attempting to confirm information on the 4 policies we held with this office on 170ct25, the office representative mis-spoke, put me on hold then tried to gaslight me and infer I had a problem. Well I didn't have one until this nonsense. I tried to reset, but this person continued to try and provoke a verbal confrontation. I immediately started the process to switch all policies to another insurance carrier. My email to the agent went unanswered.

Make sure you review all of your documents and policies before you sign them because the sales representatives will promise a Ferrari and give you a beater, and then change it in the policy when they send it. When you call to ask about a mistake or why you are being billed for something that should be covered, you get told it is because it is what you signed, not what is signed, that matters. I’ve been paying for roadside assistance this entire year, and I have used it already, and now it is saying that I don’t have it at all. See photo of attached.

She helped me change my policy based on inaccurate information on my home, i.e.latest roof improvement date and other aspects. During this process which was just before my payment, was due, I was out of the country. Upon my return, together, we were able to make changes in a timely fashion. Her customer service and personal attention was superb. I rarely respond to requests for reviews, but kudos to and thanks to Lisa. She was great.
