  Home owner insurance is a joke , my mom has been paying for years now her home has damage a hole in her roof !!! due to the weather knocking bricks down !!! and Allstate denied her claim !! Winter is coming and the roof is going to collapse!! Her insurance covers structural repairs and major damages !! Allstate is a joke I’m canceling her plan with them looking elsewhere! They always do things like this because they don’t want to pay. It’s a scam .

  We tried to add a vehicle to the policy with Allstate and the price was 5 times the price as anyone else. They did not try to retain as a customer to match the price since we have been with Allstate 25 years so we canceled the policy . On hold 2 hours waiting for customer service .

  In 2018 i bought a house in the Juniata área of Philadelphia since this time i have Mr. Lloyd Franks as my property insurance agenent. I have no complaints with the service his agency has provided my expectation during all these years. I wish his staff well for the 2024 more customers will solicit his service.
