- DMDan McAteerSep 22, 20251.0Have been trying to cancel my policies with them for over a week as they increased my premiums dramatically and I found much better rates elsewhere. However, I have been attempting to reach this agent for over a week now and have not even been able to get anyone at their office on the phone, even after leaving voicemails. As I type this I am on hour 3 today of trying to get anyone on the phone to cancel this policy. It is absurd at this point. I can only imagine what they're like when its time to pay your claims.... High rates, horrible responsiveness... Run.

I contacted Augusto immediately upon getting this letter in early Jan. I contacted him again in early Feb. I should say I attempted to contact him. He would not respond for weeks. I was charged an additional $66.00 for this. They finally have my son off my policy but have not reimbursed me for the extra charge. The price is right but if I can't get help when there's a problem I either need a new agent or a new insurance company. I have a lot going on and don't have the time or energy to have to reach out over the same issue 3-4-5 times to get it resolved.
