  My car battery died multiple times over the last few weeks, maybe due to the cold. Each time I reached Megan’s team, they were super helpful and quick to get me all of the info I needed to utilize roadside assistance. Alexis even helped me troubleshoot while at the dealer to get the documentation I needed quickly. When you’re stuck and dealing with an unfamiliar situation, it’s so comforting to know you have a team of people like Alexis moving quickly behind the scenes to help make a stressful situation a little less overwhelming.
