- STShamina TaylorSep 16, 20251.0This insurance agency worker is full of crap she called me to offer me a lower rate bug me to accept the rate at 1600 something from 1900 something that was on Friday September I think 13th and today September 16th she told me it was a mistake on her behalf and then my rate is going back up to 1900 and I kept telling her the papers didn't look right on Friday when she kept telling me the numbers so when she sent me the email I told her something didn't look right and she kept insuring me on Monday that everything looked okay that it was fine to please just sign it and accept it after I signed and agreed so I need to shop around for another Insurance Company to it and
