  I usually do not right reviews, but this upset me soo much. Request to cancel my Policy and the agent never did. I even informed her that I could call allstate myself if need and she said She will cancel my policy. Long behold I come home from vacation and my policy is not cancelled, I received an email saying they will charge me for a renewal. Called the office and was told they will look into this issue, but Josh did say he does not show that there is a Cancel request put in place. I do have proof of emails and texts message of the cancelled request and give me a call back and never got the phone call. Called Allstate directly at this point and Allstate said PA law can only backdate 30 days, so I'm paying and extra month of insurance for a car I no longer own.

  There was a white lady there who always help me with my insurace.. she was great .. I had called recently n a guy said she is no longer there... miss her.. she was a very great help.
