    THIS PLACE IS AMAZING ,MY AGENT ALISON IS A GREAT PERSON,SHE IS KIND,PROFESSIONAL AND A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON. THIS IS THE PLACE TO USE I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO REFER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEM.I DON'T KNOW WHO THE BOSS IS BUT ALISON SURE PUTS IN THE TIME AND WORK,GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE AND A PROMOTION.

    I have been using Freedom Insurance Group since my first car. Coming up on almost 15 years! I have switched Insurance companies a few times, but Freedom Insurance Group has reached out multiple times if anything better came along. I am currently with Progressive, and FIG recently worked swiftly to bundle bundle my new car, new home, and husband's car with the best rates available. My husband was even impressed with how quickly they respond to emails and updating new policies. I am hoping to remain with Freedom Insurance Group for many more years to come!

    This place is so professional on so many levels!! I appreciate there customer service. I felt so comfortable talking about my insurance delima. They did not stop working until I was satisfied!! And I have been to different agencies before but freedom is #1 rated the best in my eyes.
