Why sell service that is predicated on trust and then do everything untrustworthy?
Allstate and Paul Davis restoration is paid from multiple levels. Paul Davis is assured payment on insurance jobs. The construction side is all profit. Getting money from the insurance company on top of a cash deductible. Using leftover materials from other jobs. Trying to let sloppy work slide.
Dan and Chris at Paul Davis and the assigned Allstate rep Kia were not helpful in this process. Kia wanted grace because of a family gathering and graduation, and then you never got back to me again. Trying to keep up with who was supposed to help me was impossible. The claims process is a problem.
From the beginning an "inspector" missed damage to the roof that led to a multiple leaks. Damage done to the window in the front bedroom. Dan, at Paul Davis doubted it was a problem only to see the frame had been melted from the heat of the fire.
I was assured by Chris from Paul Davis that he'd find an solution to fix the fire damage to my facade and not use cheap vinyl siding; Dan at Paul Davis had cheap white siding installed, sloppily! It was removed only after I vehemently rejected the work. The replacement is equally shabby.
I was pressed to sign off on the work by Dan. After sending photos, that did not show that my bed had been broke and was just propped up. The last three trips home, I've had to find somewhere else to sleep. Now that I'm going back full time, it adds another expense I shouldn't have.
Allstate you are not off the hook. Ignoring me every time I reached out. Hoping I will go away. I'm publishing this review in hopes you make improvements, but I know deep down it won't help. The greed will bind you to the existing way of conducting business, customer beware.

I’ve been a customer since the purchase of my home about five years ago , three years ago I made a phone call because there was a change in my premium ( raised ) as with all insurance premiums, I made the call to see what the change was I was told Bruce was busy and that I would receive a call back , I’ve called three years in a row when my premium were raised , every year and I’ve been waiting for that call back , he is busy , on a call , with a customer , every excuse , it’s been three years , could I have gone in , absolutely, but thats not what we’re talking about here , the only time he hasn’t been busy and was very available for me is when I signed up initially with the purchase of my home , customer service is terrible , I have never received a phone call from this office ever , I would never recommend them to anyone , not an Allstate issue , just this specific location , absolutely terrible ,
