  Good evening Google Family. I visited since I am switching from one company to another one. I wanted to know rates. I am here to kill time since the place that I wish to go to is not open right now. The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.

  Courtney was very helpful and kind. We have always had good experiences in working with the State farm team. Courtney went out of her way to make sure our insurance questions were answered and help lower our rate.

  I recently experienced a financial situation that put me in a not so good position financially. It was a very difficult time for me, and many companies and individuals showed no mercy which made the experience that much worse. However, Courtney showed tremendous understanding and provided great educated suggestions on how to manuever through my situation in a way that would not jeopardize my insurance coverage. She answered every question I had with patience and well informed answers. It was truly a time that I needed that type of understanding and well informed guidance to get through my situation. I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and expertise in a time of turmoil for me. You provided me with just that much ability to push a little harder to get through my time of trial and tribulation. Truly she deserves a raise.... or two.... LoL.
