- MBmegan BenderMar 7, 20241.0This is a terrible insurance agency. They do not return phone calls. They don’t give you any written or phone notice about your insurance. They are just down right ignorant. My husband was killed in an accident and I was told I did not need a lawyer because they would take care of it. Well that did not happen. 5 years after his accident I still received mail from this place in his name. Absolutely would pay twice the amount rather than deal with this bunch of clowns. They would not receive a single star in my opinion. Negative stars in my opinion. Also was asked if I needed insurance on a truck I had. Well I’m no insurance agent but if a car is in the road it needs insurance. That came straight from Dale Nace’s mouth. If you don’t know what needs insurance and what doesn’t then you need not be an insurance agent.
