- DRDonna Rentler4 days ago5.0Ryan Deasy himself and everyone I dealt with at that agency was cooperative, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, etc. I have no complaints from that perspective. However, my husband passed away last month. When that happened, Allstate raised the price of my insurance coverage. Due to that increase, I was able to get both homeowner's and car insurance at a lower price with another insurance company, so I switched and no longer have insurance through Allstate. At the same time, I cancelled my umbrella policy simply because I no longer needed it. Had you not raised the price of my policy due to the death of one of the two people covered on it, I would not have shopped for cheaper rates. Regardless of statistical risks that factor into Allstate's pricing, it made no sense to me why insuring one driver who owned three vehicles was more expensive than insuring two drivers that owned three vehicles. It was offensive and more expensive and it drove me to leave Allstate. Had I known it would have raised my rates, I would have just "forgotten" to tell Allstate my husband had passed away. Dead people can't wreck cars. I'm giving Ryan Deasy five stars for his service to me; I would not do the same for Allstate the company.

A week after I brought my car All State reached out and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa. She was very very helpful in helping me understand how insurance works in a very down to earth way. Lisa quoted me just under 200 and I was floored. I'm very pleased with her and my new policy! Thanks Lisa.
