I have reached out multiple times via email and phone because of billing questions and haven’t been able to get in touch or get a response. I’ve switched to another Allstate agent, and will wait to see how that goes. If you are running a business, I wouldn’t recommend this agency as you won’t get answers to billing questions for your business.
