  I switched to David Monroe from another Allstate agent that I wasnt getting what I needed from. David os quick, super responsive, professional and intelligent. He provided everything i needed and was missing from my previous agent. That right there is good enough. But here is where this Allstate agent becomes a ROCKSTAR: when adding a new home insurance policy, the inspector went out and saw there was a tarp on the roof and essentially cancelled the policy we had just added. We were putting skylights in and it was going to rain, so the carpenter put a tarp up. He was on the roof working when the inspector was there. Still, David had to fight to correct the mistaken judgment of the inspector. He personally drove out to the house and climbed up to the roof to take pictures to prove the roof was good! Wait, it gets better. I had 10 tons of dirt and 3 tons of rock that I was personally carrying...one tiny bucket at a time to grade the yard to help prevent further flooding. When David came to take pictures, he asked why I wasnt using a wheelbarrow for the massive amount of dirt. I explained I have major health issues including spine issues and so I couldnt lift more than ten pounds max. He told me if I didnt finish the following week, he would help. I just thought he was being nice but never expected him to follow up. Sure enough, the following Friday this man called and asked what the status of the house was. I told him I had a bit left and he came that Saturday to shovel and wheel dirt for me!!....IN THE RAIN. He left when all of the dirt was finished and most of the rock. He denied payment and just left after blessing me in such a huge way I could cry. Who in the world does that?? David is beyond an incredible agent, he is a beautiful human being. Please give him your business.

  I have been insured through Monroe Allstate for over 50 yrs My father was insured by Dave Monroes father Jim. My sons are insured by them also. No member of our family was ever treated last than stellar by Mr Monroe. Never had a problem . They treat us like family.
