- DHDevon HillNov 14, 20251.0I can’t speak on Erin as far as claims are concerned but as the agent that we are assigned to I have to post this review. Allstate is supposed to be a top notch insurance provider but their claims process is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve dealt with progressive, geico and travelers and I’ve never been so bummed out until I had to file a claim with Allstate. My wife’s car was stolen 34 days ago and we’re still waiting for some sort of resolution. Constantly getting voicemails with no call back which is so frustrating and unprofessional! We have home owners insurance with Allstate and if they can’t get it right with a 25-30k vehicle, they definitely will leave us high and dry with a 500K home so we’re definitely going to search elsewhere.
