  As a new PA resident I was clueless about transferring my Florida Allstate agent to Mt. Pocono. My representative was amazing and guided me through the process, seamlessly. Additionally she had knowledge about getting my vehicle registered and inspected. I never realized how different it would be to move to another state where the process for transferring insurance, vehicle registration, and driver's licensing could be so different.
