I did not receive a payment stub on my statement. The directions for paying were all online-based. We wanted to mail a check. The secretary told me we could just mail a check. So if you can fix up those two areas, it would be very helpful for your clients!

I feel that it was a disgrace that they wanted me to continue to use Drivewise even after my initial signup. There is no reason that at my age, with my years of driving and driving record that I should be paying over $300 a month even with bundling my homeowners insurance.
