  From the moment I switched to this location for my agent the customer service has been poor. It is very difficult to actually get a hold of the agent. I have called numerous times in past situations only for the secretary to take my name, but to never get a call back

  Sharlene has been my agent for 6 years and she's wonderful!! Last year I had a major roof claim; A tree crashed through my roof during a storm. She had disaster restoration people there right away. She stayed in touch all the way until my home was totally repaired. I would recommend her to anyone she's a sweetheart!!
