Sadly, today I spoke with another employee named Robert who was rude, obnoxious and most unprofessional. He was too lazy to retrieve my file in order to answer a specific question and refused to allow me to talk with anyone else from the office. He told me that it was funny that I am a psychotherapist because I don't know how to listen! As a finale, in an effort to demonstrate his level of professionalism, he hung up on me!
