  I always make sure my payments are in on time and was set up for auto payments. I just checked to see when my due date is and when logging in I get hit with a notification that my policy was canceled!! I double checked my last payment and they definitely took their money and then cancelled my policy! Didn’t get an email, text, mail, nothing! I wouldn’t have even known if I didn’t check my app!

  If I could give negative stars I would they send you an email for a free $20 gift card for calling in for a quote and you’ll never receive it…scam company I’d advise staying away from

  I just wish we were able to pick on how many stars we wanted, for such good service. I have to say I’ve been dealing with this auto insurance company for some time and Michelle, I must say was so professional about her job that I couldn’t even think of going to another company. And that was my plan in the beginning Except she changed my mind good work. And thank u
