I recently got a bill in the mail that my business insurance payment was due, so I was wondering why broker hasn't called me to evaluate the policy as it's been 3-4 years since they spoke to me about my business. I called there office and a lady by the name of Erin (I think that was her name) and answered professionally. I told her that I have a bill, first thing she said was do you want to pay it over the phone. I said well first I'm wondering what is your PROCESS for analyzing policies every year to see how my BUSINESS may have changed. The impulsed answer she gave was we call you every year to review your policy. Let me state this clearly this brokerage HAVE NEVER once called me on an annual basis to review my insurance policies whether it be auto, home or business. I use them for auto, home and business insurance. Erin then went on to say that I was wrong in stating they've never called to evaluate my insurance, but I know they haven't. I'm 30 years old not 70, I have a good memory. The best description of this agency I can give is: It's about the money for them and not the customer. If you care about your customer then you listen to there problems and take feedback. You don't tell them there's wrong and speak to them inappropriately.
