She does not advocate to support you in the time of need for a claim and she can be rude. I have been a client for a few years and whenever I needed support with a claim Laura was very ill-mannered and inconsiderate in times of need. I am happy to have moved forward to a different insurance company that is supportive, responsive and more affordable for my needs.
