So, I am currently with a different insurance company and my policy is VERY well priced. However, I received a call from Dalton today to quote an auto and renter's insurance policy in an attempt to save me money. My first response was no, but his laid back non pushy demeanor kept me on the phone. That was the first step that got me interested in the possibility of working with him. While going over my current policy and comparing, unfortunately, the quote was quite a bit more than my current policy. Inevitably, there was no change made. What is the biggest takeaway from my experience, on the other hand, was the level of professionalism, transparency, and plan for future communication in hopes to one day gain me as a customer. That is quite impressive! Plus the sense of humor was magnificent ๐๐๐!!! 5/5 stars ๐ for service! Meh...on the cost...glad I didn't just hang up on you Dalton!
