My son wasn't 'listed' on my State Farm Insurance plan, and it was 'after hours' on a Friday evening.. Katie, who was at home recovering from surgery, answered my phone call after two rings, and logged on to her laptop to help me get a valid insurance document in a few minutes so that my son could purchase the vehicle!!! I am 58 years old, and have been a loyal State Farm customer since I was 16 years old with my first car! And THIS IS WHY I have NEVER CONSIDERED any other insurance company over the decades, and also why I never moved my account to another location that is closer to my current home. Katie and her team in my hometown of Hazleton CONTINUE the AWESOME legacy of customer service that has always been the hallmark of State Farm's amazing reputation!!!
