  Happy New Year to my Allstate Agency. This agency is amazing, They always pick up the phone which is very important. They give good advice and they follow-up on matters when promised. Always a good experience interacting with them. Excellent service.

  Great People and very personal, kind , caring service. They are very willing to help tailor Your Insurance to Your situation and are glad to help make sure You don't pay more than needed. This Agency is a real credit to Allstate and My wife and I are glad that They are here in Our Community! Update 12/29/2024 I really didn't want to have to do this update but it seems that "things" have changed here at this Allstate Agency and I'm sad to say that it does not seem to be for the better. The last couple of times I have called to make changes to Our insurance policies The Agent ( A lady) who I talked with seemed to be in a hurry and even a bit short with Me...let's put it this way, I did not finish the call with a good feeling about the interaction. This is quite disappointing due to the fact that over the 7 years or so that We have had this Agent the interactions have been positive and We have been pleased with the service. When You add the fact that Allstate's rates are really increasing and yet Our claims and driving record have stayed the same ( Excellent with NO Claims and NO tickets) We are going to look at changing Our insurance company. We have been with Allstate for over 30 years ( Myself since 1989 and My Wife since 2000 if not earlier) and have been treated very well by Allstate. But living on a VERY FIXED Income, something is going to have to change. When You add the cost increase along with the manner in which the last few interactions have transpired, well options are going to have to be explored. I AM going to talk with The Principal Agent who I believe is John Joyce and see if there is ANYWAY that the costs can be reduced before switching Insurance Providers as I feel that is only fair. I do want to say that anytime and every time I have talked with Allstate at Their 800 #, They have been superb! And The only time I have had to use The Roadside Service, it went very well and the towing re-reimbursement went without a problem! AND when I was going to drop the Roadside Program due to the cost, The very kind and caring Agent cut the cost WAY down!! I was very pleasantly surprised! So I am hoping that John at The Joyce Agency can do the same in which case We will stay with Allstate. Will Update this Update in the future!
