  In an age where customer service is in fact, self service, Joe Bracken is a breath of fresh air. After our agent retired, the organization that took over was a customer service disaster. We walked in on Joe unannounced and he spent an unbelievable amount of time learning about us, our needs and our frustrations. We followed up with a scheduled meeting one week later and Joe spent an amazing amount of quality time with us and provided us with better coverage at lower prices. This man is passionate about his work and about satisfying the needs of his clients. I highly recommend Joe and his organization.

  The Bracken agency has always been very helpful and very responsive to my questions and requests for assistance. I love having a real-live agent n my backyard after working with firms long distance and online. My only quibble with Allstate is not the service I get from my local agent, but rather the large increase in premiums I have faced every six months for the past year and a half.
