  I liked allstate auto insurance, for the coverage and price, but those 2 things alone are useless if you cant get anyone to review your claim. Its been 1.5 weeks since i filed my claim, and i cant seem to get a claims adjuster to look over my car. When i called in today, i was told it would still be another 7 to 10 days till i could get someone to look at the vehicle, to figure out whether or not its a total loss, or if they want to fix it. I tried using the mobile app to let them review it through a video chat, but the chat kept failing every time it tried to connect me to a claims adjuster.
