    In the past I have lost a lot of faith in insurance companies. Especially Allstate. I felt like I was being treated like a number and not a human being. Make your insurance payments on time and don’t ask any questions if you have a problem. Figure it out on your own. I was truly ready to find another insurance company, but I gave it one last try and called a different Allstate agent. And God delivered me an Angel. Her name is Amber Brown. She made me feel like a human being. She made me feel like I’ve known her all of my life. Amber was able to resolve my issue quick and effectively. My expectations were exceeded by far. We need more agents to have spectacular customer like her. Allstate you have a happy customer again that feels valued and appreciated. Thank you Amber. Sincerely Lamar T

    Avoid at all costs. My work truck I rely on daily was damaged by mice and the mechanic I've trusted for years states a wiring harness replacement is needed and what is best to keep my truck reliable. However allstate won't send an adjuster to look at the truck and believes they can deny proper repairs based off of pictures sent through email. 4 weeks now and my truck isn't scheduled to be fixed because Brian at Allstate who takes multiple business days to return calls, thinks only 1 wire needs spliced back together to fix the truck properly. He argued over me on the phone saying he's seen damage like this before and it can be spliced easily, when in reality he's never even seen the damage. Make sure you have an insurance company that actually sends someone out to look at the damage in person, or it will be nothing but a nightmare.
