  In the past I have lost a lot of faith in insurance companies. Especially Allstate. I felt like I was being treated like a number and not a human being. Make your insurance payments on time and don’t ask any questions if you have a problem. Figure it out on your own. I was truly ready to find another insurance company, but I gave it one last try and called a different Allstate agent. And God delivered me an Angel. Her name is Amber Brown. She made me feel like a human being. She made me feel like I’ve known her all of my life. Amber was able to resolve my issue quick and effectively. My expectations were exceeded by far. We need more agents to have spectacular customer like her. Allstate you have a happy customer again that feels valued and appreciated. Thank you Amber. Sincerely Lamar T

  Allstate has really treated us well. Brian and his office staff have always been very polite always willing to help no matter what we asked. They resolve our questions quickly and always return our calls. Based on their work ethics we would recommend this agency to anyone, and have recommended it to friends and family.

  Big wind storm knocked tree down on my truck and totaled it, and totaled my roof also. Brian-Allstate took care of everything ! NO PROBLEMS.. I will never change companies, totally happy with their service and professionalism. I'm in good hands...He is honest..period !
